We’re looking for outstanding Python developers in Argentina with a strong background in data mining: machine learning, statistics and data science in general.

Our main challenge is the online analysis of large streams of data in order to provide real time predictions that feed our operation in electronic bidding markets. We also do offline/batch exploratory data analysis to both test current know-how and provide further data-driven insights. We employ state of the art techniques for model and feature selection.

If you not only enjoy building solid designs and clean coding, but also have a knack for rigorous computational statistics and fancy machine learning techniques, then you've found your place.

What You'll Do

• Code primarily using the Python scientific stack

• Smash your brain thinking about data-related architectural and design issues

• Collaborate with a small and talented team of developers and analysts

• Learn and teach about state of the art computational statistics techniques

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and CS fundamentals

• Strong hands on experience with Python

• Good data mining skills and statistical fundamentals

• A sense of aesthetics for coding

• A sense of ethics for data analysis

• A sense of pathos for the product

• Ability to work both independently and in cooperation with others
