As a Developer at Ensuro you will be working on:

• Smart Contracts: Maintain and extend our existing core smart contracts written in Solidity, including implementing evolutionary changes, fixes, and new features. Prototype testing in Python will also be part of your role.
• Front End Development: You will develop and refine our web front end using React. This platform enables users to interact seamlessly with our protocols and access detailed analytics and performance metrics of our diverse insurance products.
• Integrations: Work on integrating solutions with current and future partners using Python and Solidity, enhancing our system's capabilities and reach.
• Data Science and Simulations: Support our actuarial team through simulations and other data science tasks to validate and measure the performance of our insurance products.

• Experience: At least two years of software development experience working with the following technologies: Python, Web3 Development, Front-end development (React).
• Educational Background: Advanced students of a software engineering degree (2, preferably 3, or more years completed)
• Technical Expertise: A strong foundation in software engineering with a commitment to best practices like automated testing, continuous integration, agile development, and DevOps.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English, capable of seamless communication within our multicultural and decentralized team.
• Work Ethic: Independent, capable of delivering under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Industry Passion: A keen interest in blockchain, DeFi, and insurance sectors, with a creative and proactive approach to technological challenges.
• Team Dynamics: A dynamic mindset open to rethinking the status quo, with a team-player attitude.

• Flexibility: A fully remote position offering flexibility in work hours and holiday planning. We can adapt to your preference of working part-time (30 hours/week) or full-time (~40 hours/week).

• Compensation: Compensation in crypto and/or fiat (US$). The salary offered for the position is in the range of 1000-1500 USD per month, based on the time load and previous work experience.
