We are seeking a highly skilled Python Engineer with strong experience developing and maintaining scalable applications. In this role, you will primarily focus on developing robust, scalable Python applications (80% of the role) while also integrating AI/ML solutions (20%) within our products. You will lead projects, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate closely with our business analytics team to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

​​​​​​​Strong Python development skills are essential, with experience in DevOps and CI/CD required. Knowledge of machine learning and AI is a plus, as it can contribute to our cutting-edge projects.

Required Skills:

• Upper-intermediate or Advanced English level (written/spoken)
• +7 years of exp. with Python.
• Extensive exp. in developing and maintaining scalable applications using Python
• Proficiency in Python best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and their application in Python projects
• Proficiency with Git and GitOps workflows
• Solid grasp of CI/CD principles and experience with related tools
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to take ownership of projects from conception to delivery
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience deploying ML/AI applications in production environments
• Understanding of AI development frameworks such as Langchain
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS
• Knowledge of Snowflake, MongoDB, and SQL
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
