Profile: DevOps Engineer
Training
- Minimum academic education: Complete university, equivalent to university baccalaureate or higher.
- Primary professional training area: Computer Science, Systems, or related Engineering.
Specific technical knowledge required:
NOTE: We have different profiles; and 4 roles available.
- Junior: 1+ years of experience = CI/CD, Kubernetes, Github, AWS, EKS, Istio.
- Mid-Senior: 2/4 years experience = Linux, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, at least 1 desirable (Ngnix, Haproxy, Vault, Zabbix).
- Mid-Senior: 2/4 years experience = AWS, Infrastructure, CDK or Terraform, EC2/Auror/Lambdas, Java, Python, PostgreSQL.
- Senior: 5/7+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Servers / IaC / SRE / DevOps (combined) = Managing Experience or Team Lead, AWS required, other cloud tools desired, CI/CD.
Detail of functions to be performed according to the role:
- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs.
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
- Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
- Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
- Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
- Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
- Incidence management and root cause analysis.
- Coordination and communication within the team and with customers.
- Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools.
- Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
- Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs.

- Teamwork: Willingness to participate as a member of a group (two or more people) to obtain a benefit because of the task to be carried out, regardless of personal interests.
Hiring scheme:
- Type of contract: Indefinite.
- Business hours: M-F, 8-hour shift during the day.
- Workplace: This a fully remote position, 100% Work from Home.
